2. Orders and Payments

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement for most services, unless otherwise agreed upon for event or corporate services. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site.
• Custom Orders: For bespoke floral arrangements and event styling, a detailed quote will be provided. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the balance due closer to the event date as specified in your agreement.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Standard Orders: Cancellations for standard flower arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund.
• Event and Wedding Services: Cancellation policies for event and wedding floristry are outlined in your specific service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable.
• Workshops: Cancellations for workshops require a minimum of 7 days' notice for a full refund or transfer to another date. Cancellations within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the fee.
• Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Delivery Information

• Delivery Areas: We offer flower delivery to specific areas as detailed on our site. Please ensure the delivery address is within our service area.
• Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within specified time frames, but these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Recipient Availability: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour. Redelivery may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability
